Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Kpododo platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

Kpododo lets you create, schedule, and deliver voice and messaging campaigns to recipients you have a lawful basis to contact. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You agree that you will:

• only contact recipients who have consented to receive messages from you, and honour opt-out and Do-Not-Call requests promptly;
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the National Communications Authority (NCA) of Ghana;
• not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive content; and
• keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

Certain features require credits or a paid plan. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for all activity and charges incurred under your account.

You may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, reverse engineer it, resell it without authorisation, or use it to send spam or prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Kpododo and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to deliver your campaigns on your behalf.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kpododo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
